Arkvine

Arkvine cuts a tall, dark-skinned figure with lightly cropped hair. His facial hair joins a mustache to a modest beard that narrows to a point at the chin, with a separate tuft resting beneath his lower lip. A slim chain fastens the front of his black suit, beneath which sit a white shirt and dark necktie, while a pale sash circles his waist above dark trousers.

As a trusted subordinate to Sullivan Squire, Arkvine accompanies her when she catches Billy Banx Jr. lurking outside the Top of Horns' meeting chamber. He stays at her side while she cautions Billy to watch over his own subordinates, then departs alongside her once she gives the word.

Arkvine is armed with a sword set on a notably long handle. In his sole appearance he simply stands ready beside Sullivan, so his fighting prowess has not yet been put on display.
