Overview

Carbon-Copy, an unofficial name for the ability, is one of the tricks Szayelaporro Granz employs once he releases his Resurrección, Fornicarás. It lets him overwhelm enemies by turning them into copies of themselves.

Mechanics

Szayelaporro spews a huge volume of black fluid from his back, and wherever a droplet lands on a target a duplicate of that target grows from the spot. Each copy shares the exact powers of the original. Because he saturates the whole area, escaping the liquid nearby becomes almost impossible, and defeated copies only split apart and multiply, swelling the ranks further. The clones look nearly identical to their sources aside from blank, iris-less eyes ringed by four dark marks, though Szayelaporro can tweak their look as he forms them, as when he stripped the spots off his Dondochakka duplicates and dressed his Pesche copies in pants.

Notable Users

The technique is associated chiefly with Szayelaporro Granz and is also attributed to Cien Granz.
