Driscoll Berci was a Sternritter of the Wandenreich bearing the designation O: The Overkill, a power that swelled his strength with every life he took. A towering butcher, he cut down Chojiro Sasakibe and stole his Bankai, only to be reduced to ash by Yamamoto.
Driscoll towers over most Shinigami, standing close to double their height, a broad slab of a man whose black hair tapers into a chinstrap beard. He wears a variant of the Sternritter uniform: the order's hooded white cloak over a thigh-length trench coat cinched by a black belt, with lengths of chain running from each side to a ring at the back. A white cravat, white trousers, and black shoes complete the look.
Savage and gleefully violent, Driscoll fights without a shred of mercy, hammering his enemies with lethal force and jeering at them all the while. He feels nothing for those he has cut down, and he mocks the weak openly, even in the thick of combat.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
When the Wandenreich opened its war on Soul Society, Driscoll joined the slaughter of over a hundred Shinigami at the Black Ridge Gate and singled out First Division Lieutenant Chojiro Sasakibe. Using a Medallion, he stripped away Chojiro's Bankai and ran him through with a javelin-like Heilig Pfeil, flinging the dying lieutenant all the way to the Captain-Commander's office.
His Schrift, The Overkill, let him grow steadily more powerful with every kill, whether foe, ally, or beast, though the boost faded whenever he ate, slept, or lost consciousness. As a Quincy he shaped gathered Reishi into a pair of knuckle-bands called Reishi Tekko and formed oversized arrows that he hurled like spears.
In the second invasion he crushed Lieutenant Shuhei Hisagi and boasted of the hundreds he had already killed, only for Yamamoto to intercept the killing stroke. Driscoll gleefully turned Chojiro's stolen Bankai, Koko Gonryo Rikyu, against him, raining down lightning, but his unmastered handling of it left it far weaker than the original. Yamamoto walked out only lightly scorched and answered with a single stroke of Ryujin Jakka, searing the flesh from Driscoll's bones and burning what remained to cinders.
Driscoll Berci was killed by Head Captain Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto. After Driscoll turned Chojiro Sasakibe's stolen Bankai against him, Yamamoto answered with a single stroke of Ryujin Jakka that burned him to cinders.
