Gantenbainne Mosqueda is the 107th Arrancar in Aizen's army and a Privaron Espada, one of the demoted former Espada. Unusually honorable for his kind, he clashes with Yasutora Sado deep in Las Noches, pushing the young human to unlock the true power of both his arms.
Gantenbainne is easy to spot thanks to his enormous burnt-orange afro, matched by heavy sideburns and a goatee, all set beneath brown eyes. His Arrancar garb is dressed up to his own taste with large frills at the collar and thighs. What remains of his Hollow mask sits on his brow like a broad visor, studded with four teeth above each eye and marked by a blue star at its center; sliding that visor down across his eyes still lets him see through it.
Compared with the other Privaron Espada, Gantenbainne carries a streak of genuine honor. Where his peers toyed with or cheated their opponents, he held back against Sado and pressed for a fair contest, refusing to fight at full strength until his foe landed a real blow. That decency surfaces again when, already beaten, he warns Sado of the approaching Nnoitra Gilga.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Gantenbainne once held a seat among the Espada proper before Aizen's stronger recruits pushed him down into the Privaron ranks, and Dordoni rates him among the mightiest Arrancar in Las Noches short of the current Espada. His orange spiritual pressure backs a bruising close-combat style, sharpened by skill in Sonido and raw strength; his Zanpakuto, Dragra, takes the form of twin two-pronged punch daggers hinged to his wrists that funnel energy into his blows, most notably in the three-stage flurry Uno Dos Cientos.
He corners Yasutora Sado in the tier of Las Noches called Tres Cifras and dominates the early exchanges, only to be driven back once Sado awakens the true shape of his right arm. Releasing Dragra, Gantenbainne's arms swell into armored, dragon-headed limbs that spit beams of orange energy, yet Sado's newfound left-arm attack, La Muerte, tears through the released form and lays him low. Sparing him in gratitude, Sado departs, and Gantenbainne spends his last strength warning the human about Nnoitra, who swats him aside; the Exequias close in to finish him before Retsu Unohana intervenes and has him healed.
Gantenbainne Mosqueda was defeated by Yasutora Sado in Las Noches after Sado awakened the true power of his right arm, and though spared out of gratitude, Gantenbainne was later struck down by Nnoitra Gilga before Retsu Unohana had him healed.
