Hyōryū Senbi
CharacterHyōryū Senbi, or Ice Dragon Swirling Tail, is one of the ice attacks available through Daiguren Hyōrinmaru, the Bankai of captain Tōshirō Hitsugaya. A straight swing of his blade throws out a crescent of ice, and a variant named Zekkū can send that ice chasing after a fleeing opponent.

Hyōryū Senbi, which translates to Ice Dragon Swirling Tail, is a technique tied to Daiguren Hyōrinmaru, the Bankai belonging to 10th Division captain Tōshirō Hitsugaya. Its name is also rendered as Ice Dragon Tail.
Mechanics
Hitsugaya drives his sword forward along a straight path, and ice pours from the edge in the shape of a crescent aimed at his target. He can also make that ice pursue an opponent after it forms, a variant he names Zekkū, meaning Void Sever.
Anime filler, including Episode 328, shows him performing the technique while still in Shikai, where he can also launch the crescent as a long-range projectile.
