Medazeppi is an Arrancar who serves in Sosuke Aizen's army as one of the Fraccion attached to the Octava Espada, Szayelaporro Granz. A hulking, silent brute, he meets a swift end during the fighting inside Las Noches.
Towering over the rest of Szayelaporro's Fraccion, Medazeppi is a bulky figure with arms far longer than his frame should allow. Tufts of black hair jut clownishly from either side of his head, while the leftover fragment of his Hollow mask, lined with teeth along its lower edge, shrouds his right eye and nose. His remaining eye is a solid yellow, a dark pink marking arches above it like a brow, and he wears the standard Arrancar garb.
Medazeppi never speaks, communicating instead through grunts and noises. His threshold for pain is remarkably low, and a single cut from Renji Abarai is enough to send him into a frenzy.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Like the rest of Szayelaporro's underlings, Medazeppi was reworked by the Octava Espada and elevated into an Arrancar by Aizen. He surfaces during the Hueco Mundo campaign when Szayelaporro, tired of taunting Renji, calls his Fraccion down through a ceiling panel to gather at his side. Medazeppi lunges at the lieutenant and slams him into the ground but cannot press the advantage, and moments later an arrow loosed by Uryu Ishida punches through his midsection and drops him. He leans on raw physicality, punching, seizing, and hurling his opponent, yet the wound proves fatal.
