In the replaced Seireitei, Yūshirō Shihōin arrives too late to catch his sister, who has already left for the palace, and Hiyori presses Urahara over his choice to send Ichigo's group ahead. Above, with Yhwach facing Ichibe'e Hyōsube, Ōetsu Nimaiya turns on Uryū and Haschwalth, unsure which of them is the successor. Haschwalth uses The Balance to splinter the Cage of Life, forcing Kirio Hikifune to reseal it with rapid-growing seeds while Tenjirō Kirinji and Senjumaru Shutara engage the two Quincy.

Ichibe'e opens his fight by warning Yhwach not to speak his name, then hurls him a thousand ri away with Senri Tsūtenshō and robs him of his voice. Yhwach claws blood from his own throat to speak and shoots himself upward with a Heilig Pfeil, refusing to stay down, which only convinces Ichibe'e to kill him. Nearby, Askin Nakk Le Vaar rises to continue his duel with Nimaiya, revealing his Schrift, The Deathdealing, which lets him lower the lethal dose of any substance, including the blood keeping Nimaiya alive.

Senjumaru shields herself from Uryū's Licht Regen with a woven umbrella, and Kirinji disarms Haschwalth of his Freund Schild before cutting him down. As Nimaiya collapses from his poisoned blood, he slits his own neck and calls on Kirinji, whose Blood Pond Hell water replaces his tainted blood with fresh, letting him strike down a stunned Askin. Senjumaru then incapacitates Uryū by turning the lingering Reishi of his own attack back on him.

Ichibe'e reveals his brush cuts names rather than flesh, halving the strength of Yhwach's arms by shortening their name, and beats him down between the two lines he drew. Below, Giselle kills the zombified Bambietta to reclaim her blood as Liltotto recounts the fate of the other Bambies. Refusing to be finished, Yhwach recites an incantation and unleashes Auswählen, a ring of Reishi that drains the power and lives of expendable Quincy across the field to revive and empower his Schutzstaffel. Haschwalth declares the scales have tipped and the Royal Guard shall be purged, while far below Ukitake reveals he has prepared the Kamikake and Shunsui slips away to get a drink.

Haschwalth splinters the Cage of Life, drawing the Royal Guard into battle. Ichibe'e battles Yhwach, silencing him and later halving his arms' strength by cutting their name. Kirinji defeats Haschwalth, and Nimaiya defeats Askin after Blood Pond Hell water replaces his poisoned blood. Senjumaru incapacitates Uryū. Giselle kills the zombie Bambietta. Yhwach unleashes Auswählen, sacrificing Quincy to revive the Schutzstaffel, and Ukitake prepares the Kamikake below.

This is the twenty-fifth episode of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War and adapts material from Chapters 601 through 606. Its opening theme is STARS and its ending is Endroll. It aired in Japan on September 30, 2023, and in English on October 28, 2023. Featured battles are Ichibe'e Hyōsube against Yhwach and the Royal Guard against the Wandenreich. The adaptation reorders many manga beats, notably interleaving the Nimaiya and Askin duel with the other palace fights, and depicts the revived Schutzstaffel gaining partial Quincy: Vollständig forms rather than generic wings and halos.
