The Quincy Bangle is a relic of the Quincy that forces spirit particles to gather and then amplifies them, lending its wearer the powers of the bloodline. Handed down for generations and long studied in a Soul Society laboratory, it lets a powerless Quincy fight once more.
This artifact was built for members of the Quincy line whose own Reiatsu ran weak, imitating their inherited abilities by compelling Reishi to collect and boosting it, a process that draws the particles in even when the wearer does not consciously call for them. The relic arrives with a traditional Quincy uniform that manifests around its user. For a long stretch the Shinigami Research and Development Institute kept the bangle for examination, and how it first came into their hands is unclear. Nemu Kurotsuchi noted that the Quincy had carried it through the generations, a mark of how much the survivors of the clan prized it.
Uryū Ishida turns to the bangle after his powers collapse under the strain of the Quincy: Letzt Stil and he strips off his Sanrei Glove. The customary way of operating it simply means dialing its energy output up or down, but the relic's great age leaves it pushed to its limit under that approach. Uryū works out that treating it purely as an amplifier while shaping the Reishi with his own skill eases the burden on it considerably, letting him fight just as well without the wild swings the old method produces. In place of a Quincy Cross the bangle carries its own bow already fixed to it, a purple frame latched over the glove that looses blue arrows. At full strength those Heilig Pfeil can wound Jin Kariya and kill Yoshi. Its wearer also has access to Hirenkyaku, the high-speed step. The relic is not stable, though; firing powerful shots in a row overheats it and makes its arrows spike or dip unpredictably, and a maximum-power blast risks detonating and taking everything nearby with it. After enough overuse the bangle broke apart, and the traditional outfit that came with it faded away, leaving Uryū in his ordinary clothes.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
