256. Infinite Slick

In a Las Noches corridor, a wailing Dondochakka Birstanne piledrives Renji Abarai while chasing Nel Tu's spiritual trail, sparking a running comedy of errors. Elsewhere, a wounded Uryū Ishida squares off against Cirucci Sanderwicci while Pesche Guatiche dithers at the doorway, having privately ranked Uryū the weakest of Ichigo's group. Cirucci spots him and lashes out with her spinning bladed disc, dragging both intruders into an absurd back-and-forth about beetles and their identical white outfits.

Fed up, Pesche steps in with his secret weapon: a slick fluid he can spit that renders any surface impossibly slippery. He coats the disc, which glances harmlessly off him, then glazes the tops of the surrounding pillars. When Cirucci leaps and lands on one, her footing gives way and she slams face-first onto the floor. Humiliated, she stops toying with them, releases her Resurrección, Golondrina, which drapes her in broad wings, a long tail, extended limbs, and a flowing mane, and names herself Arrancar number 105.

Pesche joins the fight and debuts his Infinite Slick, tripping Cirucci up. Enraged at being mocked, she unleashes her Resurrección, Golondrina, and reveals her rank as Arrancar 105.
