258. Seeleschneider

As shards of Cirucci Sanderwicci's blade feathers rain down, Uryū Ishida credits his foresight, explaining that Kisuke Urahara helped him retrieve the Seele Schneider from a hidden vault at Karakura Hospital, the one Quincy armament that carries a blade. He shears the tips from her feathers and details how the weapon answers high-speed vibration with faster vibration still, its surface Reishi oscillating three million times a second against the roughly 1.1 to 1.3 million of her blades.

Conceding those feathers are now useless, Cirucci sheds them and her elongated arms for good, noting that an Arrancar's released form cannot be reshaped without serious harm, and channels the freed energy into a fan-shaped blade sprouting from her tail, then reforges it into a longsword to outreach him. Uryū seizes on her talk of equal power to reveal the tool's real purpose: rather than cutting, it loosens the bonds holding Reishi together so a Quincy can claim it, meaning most of her spiritual matter already belongs to him. He then nocks the Seele Schneider in his spirit bow, reminding her that a Quincy fights with arrows, and fires it clean through her chest.

Uryū explains that Seele Schneider out-vibrates and drains the Reishi of Cirucci's Resurrección. After she discards her wings and arms and forges an energy sword, he loads the weapon into his bow as an arrow and pierces her through the chest.
