Noel Noa

Broad and heavily muscled, Noa cuts an imposing figure with skin kept notably pale. His hair is a cropped, bristling white buzz, and his most arresting feature is a pair of yellow eyes rimmed by dark, shadowed lids. For France he pulls on the blue-and-red striped number nine over white shorts and red socks, while his Bastard München strip swaps those colors for black, red, and gold. Around Blue Lock itself he is most often seen in the standard tracksuit.

Noa is composed and unfailingly direct, speaking plainly without ever dropping his manners. His flat, near-emotionless delivery has earned him the nickname cyborg among his peers, and he has no patience for players who parade their superiority, dismissing such behavior as childish. When building a squad he claims to weigh only cold data, a player's numbers and the results they produce, though he admits he will override that logic when popularity or a contract demands it. Having clawed his way out of poverty in the French slums, he latched onto football as his one route to a different life, and that early hunger hardened into total devotion.

For all his chilliness, Noa readily coaches and advises anyone who genuinely seeks his help, as Yoichi Isagi discovered, yet he refuses to field a player who has not earned it. His guidance, however, always serves himself. He deployed the Heart of Blue Lock to force Michael Kaiser's buried ego to the surface, joining the Neo Egoist League for the sole purpose of forging Kaiser into a rival worth defeating later. Kaiser brands him a football junkie, a man who craves nothing but stronger opponents and the growth they bring. Noa never chased the title of world's best; he simply refused to live his football life on anyone's terms but his own. Even so, he grants respect where it is due, acknowledging Isagi as a real threat to his crown after the younger striker openly challenged him.

Noa is a Complete Forward, a striker whose technical polish, clinical finishing, and physical power let him occupy any attacking role and thrive without rigid instructions. His foundation is a supreme, perfectly balanced physique fused with total ambidexterity, giving him a near-limitless menu of choices: he can launch a move, link with teammates, or finish it against defenders of his own caliber. Because either foot dribbles, traps, passes, feints, and shoots with identical power and accuracy, he switches feet mid-motion without losing a thing.

His acceleration is explosive enough to reach top speed almost instantly, and his Machine Dribble carries the ball forward with cold, mechanical precision. Off the ball he drifts into blind spots, baits markers, and doubles as decoy or passing partner, moving so fast that Isagi judged his runs sharper than his own. He also commands the flow state, slipping into it during Bastard München's clash with Paris X Gen and using Isagi as bait to feed Kaiser.
