The fifth season-two episode carries the Third Selection toward its conclusion and edges into the U-20 arc, while its bonus vignette follows Niko as he tries to build rapport with his eccentric new defensive partners, Gagamaru and Aryu.
The episode moves the Third Selection into its later stages and begins the transition into the U-20 arc. As with its neighboring season-two entries, the standalone comedic material is carried by the Additional Time segment rather than a separate recap.
The Additional Time short, Natural Communication, follows Niko as he lines up on defense alongside Aryu and Gagamaru and tries to bond with them. Their answers baffle him, from Gagamaru's tales of wrestling wild boars and befriending bears to Aryu's cosmic musings on glam, so Niko switches from logic to flattery and calls them unique. Coaxed into striking a glam pose of his own, he blushes and realizes he may actually be enjoying himself.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
Episode 29, titled Flow, moves the Third Selection into its later stages and begins the transition into the U-20 Arc.
