Summary

Kunigami barrels forward with the ball, prompting Sendo to warn his side about a possible mid-range strike. As Kunigami slips past defender after defender, Isagi doubts he can clear them all and frets that Kunigami may not release the pass even when boxed in, while noticing Niko is reading the play just as he is.

When two markers close on him, Kunigami fakes a shot to carve out space, a move he can pull off thanks to being ambidextrous. Isagi moves to snatch the ball, but so does Niko, until Raichi bursts in to pin Niko back. Isagi remarks that Niko's Metavision is too shallow to have anticipated Raichi.

Facing the last defenders on his route to goal, Isagi lays the ball to Kurona to beat Aryu. Before the return arrives, Aiku steps across to block him and observes that this Metavision resembles superhuman perception. Pressured by Aiku's charge, Isagi lines up a left-footed effort despite knowing it carries only about forty percent of his right foot's power, just as Yukimiya arrives on the flank calling for the ball.
