Abdul Hakim is a career criminal from the original anime who builds a reputation stealing pets before graduating into a full bounty head. His theft of the data dog Ein sets off one of the Bebop crew's earliest pursuits, a chaotic chase that ends with his own arrest.
Records circulated by Big Shot put Hakim at roughly six feet two and around 233 pounds, filed under the identifier D23578SSB. Those figures stop matching the man himself after he pays a back-alley doctor to reshape both his face and his frame. The procedure leaves him noticeably larger than the broadcast description, which helps him slip past anyone hunting the figure listed on the wanted board.
Greed and dishonesty drive nearly everything he does. He treats the dog he steals purely as merchandise for a waiting buyer, and once the surgeon finishes reworking his body, Hakim repays the favor with a beating instead of the promised cash. His single-minded chase after the animal across the city reveals a stubborn streak bordering on obsession, since he refuses to walk away from the payday even as the plan collapses around him.
During 2071 he lifts a laboratory animal named Ein, secretly an enhanced data dog, from an illicit research operation, meaning to hand it off for a fee. The heist earns him an eight million Woolong price on his head. He tucks the creature into a briefcase and settles in to meet his contact, only for a small-time pickpocket to snatch the case at a cafe and bolt.
The trail leads to the Animal Treasure shop, where the case has already been opened and Ein wriggles loose. Spike Spiegel joins the pursuit and corners Hakim on a bridge; the thief leaps toward a passing boat after the dog, but Ein doubles back and Spike gets clear. Later a dog whistle lures several strays, Ein among them, and Hakim seizes the moment, hijacking a car and speeding out of the city with the animal in tow.
The escape unravels when Ein wakes and starts fiddling with the controls while Spike closes in aboard the Swordfish II. Hakim plows into an ISSP station, and he and the scientists he robbed are all taken into custody. His look, name, and fighting style nod to the villain Hakim from Bruce Lee's Game of Death, a role played by basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
