To throw them off the trail, Fad smashes an opium hookah against a waste barrel, buying himself and Jet enough cover to slip clear before the officers close in. By the time Duero and Chalmers reach the spot, only Jet remains, standing over the corpses of Udai and Fad, and she departs to tell Internal Affairs that their target is dead on arrival.
