Godard keeps her platinum blonde hair long and gathered into a bun, and she watches the world through hazel eyes. Blood stains her white laboratory coat, a fitting mark for the work she performs.

Little is spelled out about her inner life, yet her conduct speaks plainly. She feels neither guilt nor pity for the animals she subjects to her experiments, moving through her lab with cold detachment. That composure cracks only when Vicious orders her to free Le Fou, at which point her calm gives way to frantic dread.

Godard leads the research at Cherious Medical when Vicious, backed by Lin and Shin, storms into a chamber holding a caged man and a pack of dogs. She pleads with the intruders to leave the prisoner locked away, explaining that the company hooked him on Red Eye to keep him obedient, that the drug wrecked his mind, and that his time fighting on Titan pushed him further over the edge. Vicious ignores her and forces her at gunpoint to open the cell. Freed, the man names himself Le Fou, Pierrot Le Fou.

The barking dogs set him off, and Godard notes his hatred of them. A memory surges up in Le Fou of Godard experimenting on him while he lay strapped to a table, and his fury swings toward her. Panicking, she calls the whole scene insane and admits this is exactly why he earned the name Mad Pierrot. Vicious answers by shooting her dead, a killing Le Fou thanks him for. She resurfaces afterward in several of his flashbacks, including a neuro-link procedure during which she coaxes him to picture a happy place, a memory triggered when Ein barks and again when Spike hurls a toy dog at him.
