Julia (Netflix)

Julia wears her blonde hair long over green eyes, usually in a sleeveless black dress and high heels.

She begins as a demure, soft-spoken woman devoted to Vicious. As events grind on, that devotion curdles into loathing, and she aches to be rid of him and to shed the powerlessness she has carried.

Julia haunts Spike's memories of the Syndicate before entering the present as Vicious' wife. The Elders force him to aim an unloaded gun at her, a cruelty that leaves her shaken and quietly begins to turn her against him.

Drawn back to Ana's club, she reconnects with her old life and starts shaping Vicious' coup, steering him toward Mao rather than the weaker Santiago. Yet she plays a double game, privately asking Mao to kill him in exchange for the Syndicate. She also pieces together that the Fearless she once loved is alive.

In the finale Vicious vows revenge for her scheming, but Tui helps her break free. She reaches Spike right after his showdown with Vicious and, blaming him for who she has become, fires a shot that sends him crashing through the cathedral glass. Afterward she chains Vicious and declares she will rule the Syndicate in his name.
