Julius is a flamboyant drag queen on Callisto who works for hire hooking up with clients. His one brush with the story comes when a name mix-up sends Spike his way during the search for Julia, and the flirtatious encounter nudges the hunter toward his next lead.
Julius cuts a bold figure in a long red skirt and a sheer black top, with a large white fur coat draped over his shoulders and his arms left outside it. He completes the outfit with red gloves and a smoking pipe. Physically he is a heavyset man with a broad, thick face, which he paints with deep red lipstick, pale blue shadow over his green eyes, and thin blonde brows. A long blonde wig spills down past his back and hangs across his face to about nose level, and a strong splash of aftershave rounds off the look.
Julius is spirited and blunt, never shy about saying what he means. He flirts openly with any man he finds handsome, straight ones included, and takes clear delight in teasing those he knows will never take him up on it, just to watch them squirm. Bold and unmistakably forward, he treats provocation as a kind of sport.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
While Spike is combing Callisto for Julia, a stranger mishears the name and points him toward someone he sees near Tony's place every day, confusing Julia with Julius. Spike follows the lead and meets Julius, who quickly clears up that he is not the person being sought. Still willing to help, Julius suggests that Gren might know the woman, since Gren is often around women and plays saxophone at the Blue Crow, and Spike sets off after that trail.
