History
Lin and his partner Shin bring a survivor before Vicious, then take the order to hunt down the man once called Fearless. The pair shadow their boss through failed hits, factory purges, and the shutdown of the Red Eye works.
They stand guard as Vicious deals with the Neptune Cartel and later surface as holograms in the finale trap sprung on Jet and Spike. When Spike storms the cathedral, Lin ambushes him on the way to the stairs, and Spike guns him down in the exchange.
