History

Ping Long rises within the Red Dragon crime syndicate to join its governing body, the Van. When Vicious petitions the leaders for permission to run a Red Eye sale on Callisto, Ping voices his doubts, only for Wang Long to grant the request and catch him off guard. Later, after the syndicate jails Vicious and moves to put him to death, guards still loyal to Vicious spring him from custody, and in the turnaround Vicious kills Ping. These events span Jupiter Jazz (Part 1) and The Real Folk Blues (Part 1).
