Tucan

The series presents Tucan as one of the rough men crewing the hijacked prison ship, and it supplies no detailed rundown of his features.

Tucan carries a menacing edge, greeting Jet from behind his gun with a taunt about welcoming him to hell. He is not entirely without limits, protesting when the inmate Dig murders the surviving pilot for speaking up. Once the tide turns against the escapees, he abandons bravado and looks for a way off the ship.

Locked up and shipped toward Pluto, Tucan seizes on a technical failure that lets the prisoners overpower their captors, take the vessel, and cut down most of the crew. He crosses paths with Udai Taxim, judging him brutal before placing him as a man of the European Syndicate. In the cockpit he weighs the group's next move alongside the lone remaining pilot, then objects when Dig kills that pilot. Later he mans a defensive turret as Jet Black and Fad assault the ship. His fire misses Jet, and a face-to-face clash ends with Tucan overpowered. Convinced the fight is lost, he tries to slip away, unaware that Fad's craft has already struck the very section he flees toward. When he opens the door, the vented atmosphere drags him inside and kills him.
