Vicious wears his white hair at shoulder length, with black brows over deep brown eyes and a sharp black suit.

He is cold, calculating, and quick to manipulate, and he bristles at any hint of being belittled.

Vicious sends Shin and Lin after the man once called Fearless, then lights Julia's cigarette and shrugs the killing off as ordinary business. When the Van humiliate him over his Red Eye dealings, forcing him to point an unloaded gun at Julia, his standing inside the Syndicate begins to fray.

Bent on toppling the Elders, he courts the capos Mao and Santiago, though Spike's return keeps rattling him. When the coup night comes, he swaps places with Santiago, slaughters the Elders and Mao, and carries Mao's head home to fling into his fire.

Flashbacks reveal his history with Fearless as partners under Stax, a bond that shatters over Julia and a botched Cartel deal. In the present he abducts Kimmie to bait Spike, springs a holographic trap at the cathedral, and duels Spike at the top. Beaten and then chained by Julia, he is left to watch her claim the Syndicate in his name.
