The White Tiger Crime Syndicate is an interplanetary criminal organization based on Mars. For years it stood as a direct competitor to the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate, a feud running from 2065 onward through the twenty first century.
Role
By 2071 the two rival powers move to settle their long conflict through a negotiated truce. To seal it, a White Tiger capo travels into Red Dragon territory to sit down with the opposing leadership, and the arrangement is accepted on both sides.
Notable Members
Carlos, a ranking capo within the syndicate, serves as its envoy for the peace talks and meets with Mao Yenrai of the Red Dragon. The deal closes successfully, yet moments after he departs the tower his ship is destroyed in an explosion. The White Tiger never learns that Vicious orchestrated the killing to sabotage the very truce his own organization had approved.
