Vamola 2

Bamora praises the new clothes that Banga dug out of the ruins. Banga bristles at being addressed as 'mother' and orders her to quit, but Bamora ignores the demand. Overhearing this, Tome says she would gladly be called 'mother' as well, only to be refused, much to her and Aja's amusement. The three later rejoin their fellow Sumerian women, a group bound westward to link up with three thousand more of their kind and tilt the war their way. Banga doubts the battalion will survive, though the platoon leader is sure the enemy cannot wipe them out within a day.

During the march, the group stumbles on their enemies feeding captured Sumerians to a giant creature called a Big Mama to manufacture battle suits, one of which Bamora notes resembles the Sumerian god. She wants to step in, but Banga insists pressing on is their only choice, lest they share the victims' fate. Bamora offers a prayer for the fallen Sumerians before they move along.

Arriving at their destination, the group finds the area empty, until Banga realizes the scene is actually a hologram and that they have walked into a trap, drawing an enemy assault. Only Bamora, Banga, Tome, and Aja survive, taking shelter in a cave. The installment, titled Vamola 2, appears in Volume 12 within the Space Globalists Arc and Kintama Hunt Saga, released April 18, 2023, and stages the Sumerian Platoon's battle against the Kur.
