Got up to resemble an airplane pilot, Skunk One wears a number one helmet over goggles and a brown shirt, with a fur covered jet pack strapped on whose thruster sits at his rear. Slicked black hair parted to one side hides beneath the helmet, and his ears come to points.
Personality
Skunk One has a habit of tacking the word gas onto the ends of his sentences. He carries himself with a wild, excitable streak, springing about at the sight of Nami and giving gleeful chase to Usopp.
History
His weapon is that fur clad jet pack, which spews Devil Gas, a reeking cloud that can leave foes paralyzed while also launching him into the air. He first looked on as Bear King discussed the King Cannon with his scientists, then recoiled in fright when Nami snarled at him after Honey Queen and Boo Jack hauled her in. While the Trump Siblings lost hand after hand of cards to Nami, Skunk One went to offer his unwanted help, then greeted the Straw Hats and the thieves Borodo and Akisu by rocketing down, displaying the bound Sanji, and flooding the plaza with his gas.
Usopp scrambled up the pole he stood on and clung to him, sealing the gas with his own mouth so the others could slip past, though Skunk One still carried the unconscious sniper back inside. He restrained Nami when she charged with a broom and watched as Bear King aimed the King Cannon at the captives, until Luffy crashed through the ceiling and set off Borodo's dynamite. Chasing the freed Usopp, Skunk One took a rotten egg to the face and complained of the stench, then cornered his prey, only for Usopp to fake fear and fire a flame star into the gas launcher, blowing him up in a trail of black smoke. His fate is left unknown, lost in the island's collapse after Bear King's defeat.
