Christine Marie Cabanos

In the English-language version of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," produced by the studio Ufotable, Cabanos lends her voice to Kiriya Ubuyashiki, a young heir tied to the family that leads the Demon Slayer Corps. The part adds to a career built largely on portraying youthful and soft-spoken characters, a register she returns to often across anime dubbing and video games. The assignment places her among the English cast bringing the series to North American audiences.

Cabanos has voiced a long list of anime figures, including Azusa Nakano in "K-On!," the title characters of both "Squid Girl" and "Puella Magi Madoka Magica," and Mako Mankanshoku in "Kill la Kill."
