Rogone

Everything about Rogone gestures at a Japanese oni. A single pointed horn rises at the center of his forehead and curves upward, two sharp teeth push out past his lower jaw in an underbite, and his fingernails end in points. His skin is red, his eyes sit sunken, and a thin moustache crosses a slim face framed by long hair. His outfit copies what Sidero and Beros wear, with nothing meaningful to tell them apart.

Transformation makes him a different creature entirely. Muscle piles onto him along with a considerable gut, his skin deepens to a darker red, his teeth and jaws expand, and two far larger horns push out at either side of his skull, carrying him from 183 centimeters to 229.

Like the rest of Humarise, Rogone serves Flect's plan without question. Mercy plays no part in it. Rody Soul handed over the briefcase and begged for his life on the grounds that two younger siblings were expecting him at home, and Rogone moved to kill him regardless.

After a Trigger Bomb planted by Humarise kills thousands in a populated city, the World Heroes Association organizes a coordinated international raid on every branch the group holds. In the chaos the scientist Alan Kay flees with a critical briefcase that ends up with Izuku Midoriya and Rody Soul, and once Otheon's police put the pair on the most wanted list, Flect Turn sends Beros and Rogone after them.

Anxious about leaving his siblings alone, Rody takes the case without telling Izuku and goes to surrender it to the police, brushing off Pino's warnings. He waits for the helicopter, unaware that Humarise has informants inside the force. Rogone demands the case and Rody, assuming he is an officer, hands it over expecting the chase to end, only for Rogone to ask about Izuku, since witnesses cannot be left breathing. He then transforms into an ogre-like giant with spiked Iron Clubs for arms, his Quirk granting that form immense strength and clubs able to pulverize bedrock, and swings despite Rody's pleas.

Izuku intercepts with a Delaware Smash Air Force, which Rogone blocks with a club, so Izuku closes in with a St. Louis Smash as Rogone answers with a swipe. The collision favors Izuku, who hurls him into the helicopter, wrecking it and knocking him out. Beros then fires an arrow that Izuku takes in the chest while shielding Rody, and his counter raises enough dust for the pair to escape with the briefcase. After the trainees defuse every Trigger Bomb and defeat Flect Turn and Humarise's leadership, Rogone is arrested with the remaining members.
