The Earth Defense Band (Chikyū Bōei Bando) is a student music project founded at Tokyo-3 Middle School. It exists only in the game continuity, debuting in the Sega Saturn title Neon Genesis Evangelion and returning in its follow-up, Neon Genesis Evangelion: Second Impression.
