Boro

Boro cuts an imposing figure: a tall, thickly muscled middle-aged man with violet eyes and short white hair spiking up from the very crown of his skull. He keeps a trimmed moustache and a beard that runs along his jawline to the temple, and his face bears three heavy tattoo lines that together suggest the numeral three. Metal disks stud his body at the temples, chest, forearms, shoulder blades, and hips, and his frame was reworked to lack any gender-based anatomy.

Like other Inners he wears a dark hooded robe over a black coat and blue shirt with black pants and blue sandals. As a cult leader in the anime he instead dons a high-collared white robe.

Boro carried himself with brash, smug confidence, styling himself a man chosen by God and mocking those he judged forsaken. He readily bent orders to serve his own ends, hiding Ada away rather than destroying her as instructed. A practised manipulator, he poisoned lands only to cure them afterward and pose as a saviour, and he grew so wrapped up in the lie that he came to believe himself a genuine miracle worker.

He faced Team 7 and Kawaki with open contempt, treating their efforts as pointless, and prized his rebuilt body as an unbeatable form. When his core was finally destroyed and his flesh began to warp, that composure collapsed into raving, indiscriminate fury.

Once he joined Kara, Boro became an Inner, his body enhanced using Shibai Otsutsuki's DNA and Scientific Ninja Tools, though he never awakened any shinjutsu. Ordered to destroy the cyborgs Amado had built, he instead hid Ada away at his cult's base, along with her brother Daemon, swayed by her power. He was regarded as monstrously strong, ranked above his fellow Inner Delta and assigned to guard the coffin holding the sealed Seventh Hokage in Kara's dimension.

When Team 7 and Kawaki reached him, Boro overwhelmed them with Lava, Water, and Fire Release before loosing a Dark Cloud laced with a fast-acting virus that sapped their strength. A migrating core inside him powered a regeneration so complete that he shrugged off even the loss of his head. The children turned the tide once Mitsuki's snake harvested antibodies from his blood, granting them immunity, and Sarada Uchiha drove her Chidori into the hidden core after learning its role from Kawaki.

Stripped of its stabiliser, his body ballooned into a misshapen Rampage Mode. As Boruto and Kawaki freed Naruto from the seal, Boruto's Kama evolved and Momoshiki took control, unleashing power enough to destroy Boro outright. In his arrogance he had let slip a clue that later helped Boruto grasp why Isshiki needed him alive.
