History
While on the road with her escort, Kayo's party ran into foul weather and turned aside to seek shelter. Along the way a thick mist rolled over them, followed by a burst of white light that left nothing behind but the wrecked litter she had been riding in. She and her attendants were later discovered sealed inside Shiromari and freed through the combined effort of Naruto, Hinata, Kiba, and Akamaru.
