Tōbei Kagetsu is a good-humored medicinal herb seller from Motoyoshi Village who staged his own death. Troubled by his family's growing greed after the wealth his herbs brought, he uses the ruse to remind them of the simple joys they once shared.
Tōbei is an old man with a bald crown ringed by black and grey hair over a tanned complexion, and a small dot marks his forehead as it does the rest of his kin. He dresses in a three-layered kimono, light purple over cream-white over dark purple.
Tōbei is a cheerful soul who forever joked with his children, wanting them to share in his happiness.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
Once poor, Tōbei often cracked jokes to lift his struggling family's spirits. When he discovered medicinal herbs on their mountain, the find made a fortune and the clan flourished, but he came to dislike how fixated on money everyone had become. To knit the family back together, he faked his death with the help of his youngest daughter, Mai Kagetsu. During the Funeral Proxy Mission, when the relatives failed to laugh the way he had hoped, he stepped forward to reveal himself, scolded them for their obsession with money, and sang a silly song that reminded them of the fun they had lost and stirred their wish to reclaim it.
