Fūta Kagetsu is a medicinal herb seller and the eldest son of Tōbei Kagetsu, set to inherit his father's fortune after Tōbei's apparent death. Terrified that laughing at the funeral will cost him the estate, he hires Shino Aburame to attend in his place.
Fūta keeps his grey hair short and wears glasses, with a small dot marking the centre of his forehead.
He comes across as money-minded and difficult to amuse, staying stone-faced even when his siblings Mai and Tsukiko do their best to make him laugh.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
During the Funeral Proxy Mission, Fūta hands his father's will over to Shino Aburame and Naruto Uzumaki, anxious that any laughter of his own at the service would forfeit his claim and pass the inheritance to the next heir; to guard against it, he asks Shino to stand in for him. At dinner he watches uneasily as a laughing drug slipped into the food sets Shino off. The funeral itself sees his relatives trying and failing to break Naruto's composure, while Fūta cannot stifle his own laughter. When his supposedly dead father then reappears, a stunned Fūta recalls how much fun the family once shared and realises he wants that closeness back.
