Tsukiyo climbed the ranks of the Mujina Bandits to become their second-in-command, right up until his own boss devoured his brain to steal his face. Even in death he keeps serving the gang, his identity worn like a mask to keep their captured leader a secret.
A long scar runs along the right of his otherwise fair face, reaching clear across his lips. He keeps his green hair short beneath heavy black brows, and his features are strong: high cheekbones, a wide nose, and blue eyes marked by tear-lines beneath them.
The techniques credited to Tsukiyo surfaced only while Shojoji wore his form. They include a command of Lightning Release, fired as bolts from the fingertips that can kill on contact or blast rock apart, glowing pink rather than the black of Kumogakure's version. He could weave hand seals one-handed and wielded a set of shadow-bending arts reminiscent of the Nara clan, chief among them the Moon Shadow Technique, whose power swells the larger the moon grows overhead.
Tsukiyo worked his way up through the Mujina Bandits until he stood just below the boss, Shojoji. When shinobi eventually cornered the pair, Shojoji used the Corpse Clone Technique to consume Tsukiyo's brain and assume his appearance, all to keep the gang's leader from being publicly captured. That disguise propped up the organisation's reputation for a time, but the ruse fell apart once Shojoji openly confessed and was hauled in again. Little is known of Tsukiyo's true character beyond what Shojoji projected while impersonating him: a cruel, cold man who placed great stock in luck.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
