Abilities

The techniques credited to Tsukiyo surfaced only while Shojoji wore his form. They include a command of Lightning Release, fired as bolts from the fingertips that can kill on contact or blast rock apart, glowing pink rather than the black of Kumogakure's version. He could weave hand seals one-handed and wielded a set of shadow-bending arts reminiscent of the Nara clan, chief among them the Moon Shadow Technique, whose power swells the larger the moon grows overhead.

History

Tsukiyo worked his way up through the Mujina Bandits until he stood just below the boss, Shojoji. When shinobi eventually cornered the pair, Shojoji used the Corpse Clone Technique to consume Tsukiyo's brain and assume his appearance, all to keep the gang's leader from being publicly captured. That disguise propped up the organisation's reputation for a time, but the ruse fell apart once Shojoji openly confessed and was hauled in again. Little is known of Tsukiyo's true character beyond what Shojoji projected while impersonating him: a cruel, cold man who placed great stock in luck.
