Traps Activate! Team Guy's Enemies!

With the Five-Seal Barrier torn down by the combined effort of Team Guy and Team Kakashi, the rescue party finally pushes into the Akatsuki hideout. Waiting inside, Deidara and Sasori stand over Gaara's lifeless form. The barrier's removal springs a countermeasure on Team Guy, who suddenly find themselves ambushed one by one. Each duplicate mirrors its target perfectly, wielding identical strength, arms, and jutsu, so every member is forced to battle a flawless version of themselves.

Deidara escapes on a clay bird carrying Gaara, and Naruto tears after him with Kakashi close behind, a pursuit that strands Sakura and Chiyo to handle Sasori alone. Chiyo opens with a barrage of blades, landing several kunai that pierce the cloak Sasori wears. In answer he reveals the puppet shell known as Hiruko and squares off against her, setting the stage for the fight to come.

This is the 19th episode of Naruto: Shippuden and part of the Kazekage Rescue Mission, adapting chapters 263 and 264. It first aired in Japan on 5 July 2007 and reached English audiences on 27 January 2010. The opening theme is Hero's Come Back!! and the ending is The Way ~ to you all.
