Abilities

Rather than fight openly, Dummy works through control of its own ventriloquist, steering the man like a puppet of its own. During the act it brandishes a jar it claims holds the true feelings of every person on Earth, teasing the audience over whether it should be smashed.

History

The puppet surfaced as part of a stage act at the hotel where Haruka and Michiru were vacationing. When Haruka lay too weak and feverish to transform, the ventriloquist attacked her, exposing the Dummy as the mind behind him. Sailor Neptune shattered the jar with Deep Submerge, and as the Dummy tried to flee, Haruka rallied enough to become Sailor Uranus and destroy it with World Shaking. With the Lemures gone, the performer and the hotel staff snapped out of its hold and life returned to normal.
