Appearance

Schritt ties her auburn hair back into a ponytail. For the palace ball she switches to a long-sleeved black gown that bares the shoulders.

Personality

The story fills in little of Schritt's character beyond her reliance on alcohol. She drinks heavily and claims it calms her nerves and steadies the hand that holds her blade, which keeps her a regular at the bar run by her fellow Shadow Warrior Wolf.

History

Schritt turns up first drinking at Wolf's bar, the first Shadow Warrior handed Loewe's order to kill the Great Mage Serie and told to carry word to the others. Loewe lends her the Holy Emblem of Minus on his way out, and she quickly briefs Wolf. At the warriors' final gathering the next day she shows the emblem and retells how a nameless fighter once felled the Great Mage Minus, then parks herself outside the bar with a bottle. When Frieren's party attacks, she is far too drunk to fight, though she does block the door to keep Wehrlos and Sein out; later Lore finds her throwing up in a back alley. Come the night of the ball she stands among the other Shadow Warriors in the ballroom before ending the evening slumped over a table ringed with empty glasses. Her weapon is the sword at her hip, and Wehrlos rates her one of the five finest swordfighters in the Empire.
