History

Kidd enters the story among the wave of recruits who swell Team Dai-Gurren's ranks, fighting beside his brother Iraak from Episode 7 onward. He serves through the Beastman conflict and into the war against the Anti-Spirals, where the loss of Zorthy Kanai in the campaign's opening deep-space engagement sends the brothers charging out for revenge. Both die in the attempt. The epilogue counts him among the honored dead, a sword raised in his name beside Kamina's and those of the team's other fallen.
