Tengen Toppa Grapearl

Tengen Toppa Grapearl is the Tengen Toppa Gunmen shared by the siblings Gimmy and Darry, formed in the final battle with the Granzeboma in the second film, The Lights in the Sky are Stars. It grows out of their Grapearl units, machines that were themselves copies of Gurren Lagann, and its shape reads as a blend of the pair's individual units with a color scheme divided cleanly down the center. It is the ninth Tengen Toppa Gunmen to arrive after the Granzeboma brings down the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Fittingly, its silhouette calls to mind the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and it holds the distinction of being the only Tengen Toppa mech built from a smaller machine that is not a Gunmen. The pink left half belongs to Darry and the blue right half to Gimmy.

The Gunmen carries two firearms, both lifted from Gimmy and Darry's Grapearl designs once those units were upgraded to Spiral weaponry. It wields Gimmy's Spiral handgun together with Darry's Spiral rifle, and it can bring both to bear at the same time.

Gimmy Adai and Darry Adai pilot the machine together. It follows up an attack by Makken's Tengen Toppa Mo-Shogun with its two guns, then falls in with Team Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren to concentrate fire on the Granzeboma just ahead of the Tengen Toppa Dai-Gurren's arrival, before combining with the other Tengen Toppa Gunmen into Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
