Tiffany Grant is best known as the English voice of Asuka Langley Soryu across the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise, reprising the role for ADV Films' television dub and multiple film releases. She was also cast as Yoko Littner for an English dub of Gurren Lagann that ADV Films began but never officially released.

Grant was cast as Yoko Littner for an English dub of Gurren Lagann that ADV Films began after licensing the series in 2007, but the studio's financial troubles halted the project after only a few episodes were recorded. The license later moved to Bandai Entertainment, whose Bang Zoom-produced dub used an entirely different cast for its official 2008 release.

Beyond voice acting, Grant has also worked as a script writer, adapting Japanese dialogue for English-language anime releases. That work runs alongside her long career as a voice actress.

Grant's voice acting career began in 1994, more than a decade before she was cast for Gurren Lagann's original English dub attempt in 2007. She has continued working as a voice actress and script adapter in the years since.
