Taketsuna Gori served as the fifth seat of the Third Division under captain Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi. He appears during the Thousand-Year Blood War, where he is cut down by the Sternritter Bazz-B in the opening Wandenreich assault on Seireitei.
Taketsuna keeps most of his features hidden behind gear. A helmet caps the top of his head, pierced by four small openings across the front, with a pair of lines tracing back from just above his eyes. Thick, dark-rimmed glasses sit below it, and he sports a beard.
The little the story shows of Taketsuna hints at an impatient streak. Posted during the invasion, he grumbles about the tedium of standing around and openly wishes the enemy would hurry up and reveal itself.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Taketsuna Gori holds the rank of fifth seat in the Third Division, serving beneath captain Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi. When the Wandenreich launch their assault and pillars of blue fire erupt across Seireitei, he takes up a position beside one of them, joined by Lieutenant Izuru Kira and the rest of the squad's officers. Word arrives from the Reishi Investigation Team that a Quincy lurks inside the flames, and Izuru calls for an attack, only to be gravely wounded before he can act. Rikū Togakushi orders the rest to release their Shikai, and Taketsuna answers with his own Zanpakutō, Mogaribue, whose sealed form passes for an ordinary katana and whose released blade broadens into an angular, cleaver-like edge dotted with small holes. It does him no good against Bazz-B, who overpowers him at once and drives his head into the ground, ending his life. The name Mogaribue, taken from a poetic term for winter wind as it keens through bamboo fencing, matches the seasonal naming theme also seen among the other seated officers of the Third Division.
