History
Steve works as a researcher and technician for the Mars Army within Cherious Medical. In 2071 he agrees to analyze Elektra Ovirowa's blood for irregularities, expecting a date in return, and discovers a nano-machine vaccine circulating in it. As the sample is processed, Harris also learns of the finding, and Elektra is thrown into confinement.
After she breaks free, Steve helps her recover the blood sample and slip out of the facility. With the ordeal behind them, he figures the date is no longer happening.
