History
Early in 1914, the East Area military captured and jailed the group's leader. In answer, a splinter cell under Bald commandeered a train running from New Optain toward East City and held everyone aboard captive, among them Major General Hakuro together with his wife and child. A written manifesto reached Colonel Roy Mustang at Eastern Headquarters, demanding the leader's release. The military refused, and operatives already riding the train overpowered the hijackers, so the passengers reached their stop largely unharmed. The entire Blue Squad plotline, Bald included, was left out of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
