Leshy
CharacterLeshy ranks as the fifth Cardian that Ail and An deploy to feed the Makai Tree with stolen energy. Introduced in episode 51, she first passes as a graceful Heian-era noblewoman before unveiling a monstrous, plant-shaped true form.
Appearance
Leshy carries two guises. The first is that of a refined Japanese woman styled after the Heian period. Once Sailor Moon exposes her as a Cardian, she drops the disguise for her real shape, a demonic-faced being whose limbs can sprout into plants.
Abilities
Leshy is a tree-like monster who blasts energy and drains it from the living. Her genuine form sports branches for arms tipped with retractable claws and roots in place of legs. She can hurl Sailor Moon into a separate dimension and moves at high speed.

History
During a picnic Leshy saps the energy of Gurio Umino, Haruna Sakurada, and Naru Osaka, knocking them out cold, then takes more from Rei, Ami, Minako, and Makoto, sealing each inside an individual energy chamber. When Sailor Moon throws her tiara, Leshy bats it aside, lunges, and shatters the locket, undoing the transformation. Usagi and Luna are dragged through a portal and nearly perish, but Queen Serenity appears and uses the Silver Crystal to mend the locket, granting the stronger Moon Crystal Power, Make Up. Back in the fight, Leshy has the other Guardians on the brink, and with Moonlight Knight's help she becomes the very first target of Moon Princess Halation. Even so, she counts among the strongest Cardians and still funnels a great deal of energy to Ail and An.
