Zeimeet is an officer with the Hero Association who talks up his importance far beyond what it warrants. A short, portly desk worker rather than the frontline fighter he pretends to be, he is best remembered for the punch Garou landed on him.
Zeimeet carries the look of a businessman. He is a small, heavyset man, his head reaching only as high as the shoulders of the women beside him.
Vanity drives Zeimeet, who inflates his desk-bound role into that of a combat veteran. He is also crude and predatory, as seen when he tried to coax two women into kissing him.
Zeimeet strolls through the entertainment district flanked by two women, dangling the promise of a meeting with Sweet Mask to win a kiss from them. Garou, irritated by the act, steps up behind him and flattens him with a single punch, after which the women photograph his unconscious body.
