Attack the Organized Crime is a notable turn in the first season, in which the rock-skinned hero Titan strikes one of Mister Liu's hideouts in Chicago. The raid unfolds during the wider Reign of Titan storyline and dismantles a site funding Liu's criminal operation.
Summary
Two guards are smoking outside when they catch sight of Titan, who shifts into his stone form and barrels through them. He forces his way into the hideout and cuts down more of Liu's grunts inside. His message is blunt: Liu is off-limits on Machine Head's turf. Turning around, Titan finds a frightened kid who fires at him by accident, and rather than retaliate he simply tells the boy to run.
Aftermath
The strike takes Liu's funding hideout out of commission during 2023. Liu himself, named here as the boss behind the blue-clad street thugs, resurfaces later in the third season, and the young man Titan spared also returns then, cast as a would-be bully toward Oliver Grayson.
