Bulletproofible

This Mark Grayson combs his black hair into a widow's peak with a stray lock or two left loose, his eyes brown and his frame hard and muscular. He sports the same costume the mainstream Bulletproof wears, though recolored to blue and yellow in an echo of Invincible's debut-season suit. Armored discs ring his chest, shoulders, and waist, and a pince-nez-style visor sits across his eyes.

Little is documented about this Bulletproofible beyond his turn as a villain in his native reality, where the death and wreckage he caused seemed to trouble him not at all. There the suit Art Rosenbaum first crafted, the design that clothes the mainstream Bulletproof, wound up on him instead, kept largely unchanged apart from its swapped colors. Angstrom Levy rounds him up with a legion of other Invincible variants to strike the primary dimension and set off the Invincible War.

He spills through the portal with the others, smashing all that stands before him, and presses into the Global Defense Agency compound in Flaxancible's wake. That is where he falls. ReAnimen mob and pin him, one wrenching his neck until it snaps and kills him on the spot, with no confirmed kills of his own. Even so, his role in the war leaves cities and entire nations flattened and untold lives lost. The GDA later hauls in his corpse, and D.A. Sinclair rebuilds him into a ReAniman beside the other slain variants.

His Viltrumite blood so overpowers his human side that he is all but a pure Viltrumite. From that heritage flow flight, drawn from a delicate inner-ear balance, huge strength, searing speed, and toughness that brushes off nearly any wound. He knits broken bones and shredded muscle back together fast, endures long spells without air or food, and hears, sees, and balances far past human range, all fueled by stamina that scarcely runs dry and a lifespan stretched enormously long.

Those advantages were not limitless, and the ReAnimen exposed the gap, overwhelming and killing him even quicker than the sturdier Flaxancible and marking him among the frailer variants of the war. As with any Viltrumite, piercing high-frequency sound undoes him, as do foes whose power rivals or tops his own and the engineered Scourge Virus, which guts his strength and invulnerability by turning his immune system against him.
