Overview

Designed and crewed by the Coalition of Planets, the Venture counts among the alliance's most advanced starships, made to span enormous interstellar gulfs. To the Global Defense Agency it went by a different label, Omni-Man's ship, while its captain bragged that the Coalition's navy fielded no finer vessel. The craft shows a smooth gray hull with a rounded body, its skin traced by luminous blue strips and pushed along by three sizable blue thrusters, and a small secondary ship can break away from the main frame when needed.

Role

The vessel filled two roles for the alliance, working as a long-range transport and, when operations demanded, as a fixed base of its own. Through the fourth season it bore a blend of Coalition officers and allied travelers out into the distant reaches of space, until its service came to an end in destruction and the ship was lost before its voyages could go on.

Notable Members

Leadership of the ship eventually fell to Telia, who claimed the captain's seat once held earlier by Pikell, backed by a crew that took in Worg, Download, and Councilor Tuva. As for those it carried, the passenger manifest paired Invincible with his brother Oliver Grayson, added their father Omni-Man, and rounded out with Tech Jacket and Allen the Alien.
