All Life Eradication Fist is a supernatural martial art that Garou creates and wields while in his Cosmic Fear Mode. After 'God' grants him insight into how every form of energy moves and how all forces behave, he channels that understanding into a fighting style built to command cosmic power. It works on the same underlying idea as Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist, which reads the energy flow behind surging water, except here Garou turns the principle toward the phenomena of the wider universe, recreating them through raw physical control paired with his own internal force channeling.

In practice the style reproduces natural cosmic events at will. Its most direct expression is Nuclear Fission, in which Garou packs a replicated nuclear reaction into his fists so that each blow detonates like a bomb, throwing off harmful radiation and mushroom clouds real enough to register on nuclear detection gear. Psykos likens the display to divine power and to the energy spheres of Homeless Emperor. Fighting Saitama on Jupiter's moon Io, a single such punch scorches a huge stretch of the surface, and another in open space swells to roughly the size of a piece of Jupiter itself.

He can layer this with a borrowed move, Blast's Gravity Knuckle, to form Nuclear Fission Gravity Knuckle: one hand rains down gravity, the other nuclear fire, and the combination ends with a singularity-like pull that swallows the blast before it fades. A second technique, Gamma Ray Burst, mimics the stellar event of the same name, collapsing the space around him into a tiny singularity and loosing two parallel beams wherever he aims, an attack Saitama deems too dangerous to let so much as skim the Earth. The style's pinnacle is an unnamed method of moving through time: Garou pictures an 'inner universe,' converts every particle in his body into its anti-particle, and slips into a tunnel where past moments hang like windows, stepping through the right one to arrive at that instant.

The technique belongs to Garou alone, who devises it at the height of his God-granted power. He never fully masters the time-travel method himself, calling it his ultimate but incomplete art, and passes it to Saitama, who perfects and uses it. Garou appears to make the trip back as well, since he is later seen waking Tareo in the past, a hint that he eventually gained some command of it too.
