History

He completed the sixteenth graduating class of the Ninja Village, a group named Stability, before joining the Heavenly Ninja Party. The party corners Speed-o'-Sound Sonic to lay out its scheme for world domination under the figure they call That Man, or Empty Void, and demands that he lure Flash into a trap. When Sonic instead duels Flash on his own terms, the ninjas intrude, brand him a traitor, and take on both speedsters at once. Blast then arrives, routs the group, and teleports everyone to where Saitama has already beaten the Ninja Village leader. After witnessing Blast and Empty Void put down Byakko and Genbu, Equilibrium and his comrades are so struck by Saitama that they try to make him their master, and when he refuses, they resolve to trail him instead.
